Regardless of which service your watch needs, the process follows the same sequence. This keeps things orderly, transparent, and — most importantly — under your control at each stage.
Assess
We examine the watch and write down its current condition.
Discuss
We share the condition note with you and confirm the scope and cost.
Work
With your agreement, the service is carried out methodically.
Return
The watch is returned with a care note and any testing results.
Service 01
Simple Service
from RM 135
Battery and seal renewal with a soft clean, intended for quartz watches that have paused. A gentle, budget-friendly first step. Includes a brief written condition note and a water-resistance check where suitable, returned within a few days.

- Seal renewal and case re-sealing

Service 02
Heritage Overhaul
from RM 630
A careful, complete service for mechanical and vintage watches, with cleaning, lubrication, and sympathetic regulation. Older pieces are handled conservatively to keep their character intact. We discuss any findings openly before proceeding, so decisions remain yours.

Service 03
Crystal Renewal
from RM 340
Replacement or repolishing of a marked crystal to restore a clear view of the dial. Suited to watches that run well but have picked up everyday scratches. Careful masking protects the case and finish throughout the work.

Condition note before work
A written record of the watch's state is prepared and shared with you before anything is started.
Customer approval for extras
If something unexpected is found, we contact you. Work beyond the original scope requires your explicit go-ahead.
Humidity-aware handling
Johor Bahru's climate requires attention to moisture. Watches are handled in conditions that minimise condensation risk.
Care notes on return
Every watch comes back with plain-language guidance on looking after it — appropriate to the service type and movement.
Realistic timelines
We give honest estimates at drop-off. If the work takes longer than expected, we let you know rather than staying quiet.
Transparent final invoice
The invoice at collection shows what was done and why. No vague line items, no charges that weren't discussed first.
